Tugas dan tanggung jawab:
- Melakukan follow up melalui email maupun melalui telepon laporan medis pasien dan hasil-hasil pemeriksaan penunjang medis
- Melakukan Analisa Klaim
- Mengambil keputusan sebagai hasil analisa klaim
- Melakukan koordinasi dengan tim medical advisor
- Membuat surat jaminan, surat penolakan, atau surat Investigasi
- Membuat reporting
Minimum Qualifications
Kualifikasi:
- Minimal pendidikan D3/S1 dari jurusan Keperawatan, Kebidanan, Farmasi, Kesehatan Masyarakat, atau bidang kesehatan terkait.
- Memiliki pengalaman min. 1 tahun sebagai Claim Analyst, Case Monitoring, atau posisi yang relevan di bidang asuransi kesehatan/healthcare.
- Memahami proses analisis klaim, verifikasi dokumen medis, benefit, serta ketentuan polis menjadi nilai tambah.
- Memiliki kemampuan analisis yang baik, teliti, dan mampu bekerja dengan target serta deadline.
- Mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik dan dapat bekerja secara individu maupun dalam tim.
- Bersedia bekerja dengan sistem shifting, di Semarang.
- Posisi bersifat Project Based.
- Memiliki kemampuan menggunakan Microsoft Office, khususnya Excel, untuk mendukung pekerjaan administrasi dan reporting.
