Tanggung Jawab:
- Merencanakan konsep dan tema event sesuai dengan kebutuhan campaign dan brand calendar.
- Berkoordinasi dengan tim lintas fungsi dan vendor eksternal untuk pelaksanaan event.
- Menyusun timeline dan anggaran (budget) event, serta memastikan pelaksanaan berjalan sesuai rencana.
- Bertanggung jawab atas proses persiapan hingga pelaksanaan event secara langsung di lapangan (on-site coordination).
- Melaksanakan evaluasi pasca-event dan menyusun laporan hasil pelaksanaan.
- Berkoordinasi dengan pihak mall/lokasi terkait perizinan dan aspek teknis pelaksanaan event.
- Mengelola vendor terkait kebutuhan event, termasuk dekorasi, sound system, dan talent.
Minimum Qualifications
Kualifikasi:
- Pendidikan minimal S1, diutamakan Marketing, Komunikasi, Event Management, atau sejenisnya.
- Pengalaman minimal 2-3 tahun di event organizing/activation, diutamakan industri retail/fashion/lifestyle.
- Memiliki kemampuan project management, komunikasi, dan koordinasi lintas tim atau vendor yang baik.
- Terbiasa bekerja dengan deadline dan multitasking.
