- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze banking processes, gather requirements, and translate them into Functional Specification Documents (FSD), user stories, and process flows.
- Identify system gaps, propose enhancements, and coordinate with IT teams to design scalable, efficient solutions.
- Handle core banking system requirements, including integrations, upgrades, and feature enhancements.
- Participate in end-to-end digital banking projects (e.g., mobile banking, payment systems, internet banking).
- Create wireframes/mockups and work closely with UI/UX designers to ensure a smooth and intuitive user experience.
- Ensure compliance with BI/OJK regulations, data privacy laws, and cybersecurity protocols.
- Conduct risk analysis related to data security, system performance, and operational efficiency.
- Support UAT, training, and documentation to ensure successful project rollout and user adoption.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst in banking or financial services.
- Strong understanding of core banking systems, digital banking architecture, and API integrations.
- Proficient in FSD documentation, UML diagrams, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Familiar with mobile banking, payment gateways, and banking compliance standards.
- You’ll play a key role in driving digital banking transformation(e.g., SAQu BANK, Jago, Allo, or similar) while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and maintaining a high level of operational excellence.
