The Sales Associate (Telesales) is responsible for providing consultation and sales services to prospective training participants. This includes identifying customer needs, recommending suitable training programs, and ensuring a smooth registration process. The role also involves maintaining prospect relationships through CRM, following up leads effectively, and continuously improving product and industry knowledge.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional appearance and attitude.
- Customer-oriented, empathetic, persistent, and target-oriented.
- Basic understanding and interest in Information Technology.
- 1–2 years of experience in related fields (Sales, Customer Service, or Education Consulting) is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and familiar with CRM systems and digital communication tools (Zoom, Google Meet, WhatsApp Business).
- Good presentation and negotiation skills, able to work both independently and in a team.
