- Develop, establish, and implement an integrated HR Management System aligned with organizational strategy and business objectives.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of HR systems and programs through relevant HR metrics, data analysis, employee feedback, and stakeholder feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
- Drive continuous improvement of HR processes and systems based on evaluation results, organizational needs, and business requirements.
- Develop HR metrics and reporting mechanisms to monitor the effectiveness and impact of HR initiatives on workforce and organizational performance
- Provide HR insights and recommendations to management to support strategic decision-making related to workforce, talent, and organizational development.
- Lead the implementation of HR policies, processes, and programs by coordinating with relevant stakeholders and ensuring effective adoption across the organization.
- Support the alignment and standardization of HR/HC practices across the Group while considering the specific needs and characteristics of each subsidiary.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders across the Group to ensure effective implementation, alignment, and continuous improvement of HC systems and initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology.
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in HR, with 3 years in similar role, preferably from manufacturing industries.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end Human Resources Management,
- Proven experience in designing, developing, implementing, and improving HR systems, policies, procedures, and programs.
- Strong knowledge of HR analytics, HR metrics, and data-driven decision making.
- Experience in project management, including planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiar with HRIS or other HR technology platforms.
- Strong strategic thinking with a continuous improvement mindset and the ability to translate business needs into practical HR solutions
