- Manage and strengthen strategic relationships with SBUs, brand partners, and key retail channels.
- Develop and execute account strategies to achieve sales targets, profitability, and business growth.
- Lead and coach the Account Executive team to deliver strong performance and meet KPIs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to ensure effective execution.
- Analyze account performance and provide data-driven insights and recommendations to management.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Account Management, Key Account, or Business Development, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven experience in retail IT, consumer electronics, or e-commerce is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Proficient in CRM tools and data analysis; strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Fluent in English — both written and spoken (this is a mandatory requirement).
