Job Description
- Acquisition new merchant (Specially for enterprise merchants)
- Deploy successful strategic to achieve the KPI
- Manage all merchant transactions with the minimum transaction based on KPI
- Analyze and optimize the acquisition process from approaching untill the after sales process
- Analyze the customer behaviour and adjust the strategic
- Prepare monitoring and controlling all merchant performance in GPay
- Responsible for acquiring and engaging merchant
- Have a deep understanding of our products and partners products to create a successful partnership
- Maintain relationship with existing merchants
- Collaborative with internal team to find partner-related solutions and create partner satisfaction
- Be the Face of GPay to partners and be their partner of choice
Minimum Qualifications
- 3-5 Years of experience in sales & partnership
- Having good experience in sales skill, Management, Business analysis, and Presentation
- Proficient using Microsoft office tools
- Experienced in Administrative Affair
- Capable of building, maintaining, and expanding relationships with strategic partners
- Strong understanding of the industry, market trends, and competitors
- Focused on achieving targets and delivering optimal results
