Job Description

We're hiring an Ads Specialist to run high-performing campaigns and turn data into business growth.

📍 North Jakarta (On-site) | 🕘 Full-Time

Responsibilities

Plan, run & optimize ads across Google, Meta, LinkedIn & TikTok
Research keywords, audiences & competitors to shape strategy
Manage campaign structure, targeting, bidding & budgets
Partner with design/content on ad creatives & landing pages
Improve CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS & conversion rate
Generate qualified leads for Sales & BD
A/B test copy, creatives & landing pages
Track via GA4, GTM & Meta Pixel; deliver weekly/monthly reports with insights
Use AI tools to automate reporting, ad copy testing & campaign analysis
Stay current on platform updates & trends

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's in Marketing, Communication, Business, IT, or related
2+ years in Digital Advertising / Performance Marketing / Paid Media
Hands-on Google Ads & Meta Ads (required); LinkedIn/TikTok Ads a plus
Strong in campaign optimization, lead gen & digital metrics
Familiar with GA4, GTM, Meta Business Suite & conversion tracking
Data-driven, budget-savvy, ROI-focused
Uses AI to work smarter — automations or workflows that simplify real work
Strong communicator; handles multiple campaigns at once

Preferred Qualifications

Background in a digital agency, software house, IT consultancy, or other service-based company
Google Ads / Meta Blueprint certified
Basic knowledge of SEO/GEO, CRO & marketing funnel strategies
