- Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server, Linux, and Unix environments.
- Set up, manage, and optimize SQL Server and other database systems, including backup, recovery, and performance tuning.
- Deploy applications and ensure integration with infrastructure components.
- Monitor system performance, availability, and security across servers and databases.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during implementation and post-deployment.
- Collaborate with developers, QA, and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth delivery.
- Document system configurations, deployment processes, and technical guidelines.
- Provide technical support and knowledge transfer to operational teams.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in system administration, technical delivery, or IT implementation projects.
- Expertise in:
- Windows Server (Active Directory, IIS, DNS, Group Policy).
- SQL Server (installation, performance tuning, backup/restore, HA/DR).
- Linux/Unix (service configuration, shell scripting, security hardening).
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure (networking, firewall, virtualization; cloud platforms are a plus).
- Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and technical communication skills.
- Prior experience delivering enterprise-scale projects in industries such as banking or telecommunications is preferred.
