- Melakukan maintenance dan follow-up merchant agents setiap bulan.
- Memberikan edukasi kepada agents melalui phone call dan WhatsApp.
- Mempertahankan serta meningkatkan jumlah dan transaksi Kios Agent.
- Mencapai target yang telah ditentukan.
- Membuat laporan aktivitas harian dan mingguan.
Minimum Qualifications
- Pria/Wanita, usia 20–35 tahun.
- Pengalaman di bidang sales, telemarketing, insurance, atau customer service menjadi nilai tambah.
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik, ramah, dan persuasif.
- Memiliki kemampuan negosiasi yang baik.
- Target-oriented dan mampu mengatur waktu secara efektif.
- Menguasai WhatsApp, Google Sheets, Google Forms, dan aplikasi dasar lainnya.
- Ambitious dan memiliki kemampuan engagement dengan customer.
