- Mengelola agents berdasarkan target yang telah ditentukan.
- Melakukan telesales dan online sales untuk membangun hubungan dengan agents serta meningkatkan produktivitas.
- Memastikan agents melakukan upgrade level dan meningkatkan volume transaksi
- Memastikan agents bergabung dalam WhatsApp Group dan mengikuti training mingguan.
- Memastikan pencapaian target online KPI.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimal D3/S1 dengan 4 tahun pengalaman di Telesales/Telemarketing, terutama dari industri telekomunikasi atau asuransi.
- Berpengalaman menghubungi 500–1.000 agents/customers per hari melalui telesales.
- Berpengalaman mengelola agents/customers melalui online channels.
- Mampu membuat basic online content.
- Menguasai laptop, Microsoft Word, dan Excel.
