HR Admin Internship  

We're Hiring: HR Admin Intern!

We’re looking for an enthusiastic HR Admin Intern to join our People Support & Culture (PSC) team. This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment administration, HR operations, and internal company activities while developing valuable workplace skills.

What you'll do

• Assist with recruitment administration, including candidate data entry and interview scheduling.
• Support day-to-day administrative tasks within the People Support & Culture (PSC) Department.
• Assist with internal company activities and ad hoc projects as assigned by the Head of PSC.
• Organize and maintain HR documents and records.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth HR operations.

• Fresh graduate or final-year Diploma (D3) student
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Visio.
• Familiar with Google Forms and Google Sheets.
• Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn new things.
• Able to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Experience in organizations or previous internships is a plus.
• Familiar with job portals is a plus.
• Microsoft Office certification is a plus.
