Software Development Manager  

We're Hiring: Software Development Manager!

Are you passionate about building high-performing engineering teams and delivering innovative technology solutions? We are looking for a Software Development Manager to lead our software engineering team, drive technical excellence, and support the development of scalable digital products.

What you'll do

• Lead and manage the Software Development team to achieve business and technology goals.

• Oversee the end-to-end software development lifecycle and ensure timely project delivery.

• Foster engineering best practices and maintain high standards of software quality.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and enhance digital solutions.

• Define engineering roadmap aligned with business objectives.

• Establish engineering KPIs and monitor team performance.

• Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and technology adoption.

• Communicate project progress and key updates to management.

• 12+ years of software development experience, including at least 7 years in a senior technical leadership role (Senior Developer, Tech Lead, or Engineering Manager).

• Proven experience leading software development teams and delivering stable and scalable applications.

• Strong proficiency in at least one backend programming language (e.g., Golang, Python, or TypeScript).

• Solid understanding of software architecture, APIs, databases, and modern development practices.

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), Docker/Kubernetes, and modern CI/CD pipelines is an advantage.

• Demonstrated ability to anticipate, mitigate, and resolve production incidents while driving continuous service reliability.

• Experience leveraging AI technologies (LLMs, AI-assisted development tools, or AI-powered product features) is a plus.

• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
