Job Description

  • Research and write news articles, reports, and feature stories related to cargo transport, logistics, and supply chain management.
  • Conduct interviews with industry professionals to gather insights.
  • Monitor industry news, trends, and regulatory changes to identify relevant story ideas.
  • Collaborate with the editorial team to develop engaging content for publications, newsletters, and online platforms.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and gather newsworthy information.
  • Ensure accuracy, clarity, and timeliness in all reporting.
  • Maintain a professional relationship with sources and stakeholders within the cargo transport industry.
  • Adhere to ethical journalism standards and company guidelines.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Journalism or a related field preferred but not required.
  • 1-2 years of writing experience preferred; fresh graduates welcome.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple assignments.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interviews and sourcing.
  • Commitment to accuracy and integrity in reporting.
