The Business Development Officer will be responsible for driving sales and identifying new business opportunities within the commercial real estate market. This role focuses on building and maintaining client relationships, securing new leases, and generating revenue through sales strategies, while ensuring excellent service and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new commercial real estate opportunities (leases, sales, partnerships)
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, property owners, and tenants
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets
- Present and promote properties to potential clients through meetings, tours, and negotiations
- Prepare and review contracts, proposals, and agreements
- Conduct market research to stay informed on trends, competitors, and potential opportunities
- Collaborate with the marketing and oleasing teams to generate leads and convert them into clients
- Monitor market performance and provide regular updates and insights to senior management
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Commerce, Economics, or related field
- 3-5 years of business development and sales experience, with background in hsopitality is encourage to apply.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for building relationships
- Tech-savvy with knowledge of digital tools and CRM systems
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
