Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Sales Head in implementing sales plans and achieving sales targets for Bacolod-based projects
- Support management of in-house sales teams and accredited brokers/agents
- Monitor sales performance, inventory movement, and project take-up rates
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates
- Coordinate with Marketing for project launches, site events, promos, and sales activities
- Conduct sales meetings, broker briefings, and product orientations
- Assist in handling client negotiations and escalated concerns
- Ensure compliance with company sales policies, documentation, and procedures
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in real estate sales
- Supervisory or team lead experience is an advantage
- Familiarity with the Bacolod / Negros Occidental real estate market is preferred
- Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills
- Licensed Real Estate Broker or Salesperson is an advantage
