- Discuss business operations issue with other section management members to identify applicable IT solutions in the market to solve the specific business issues,
- Performs analysis of market and technology trend to identify the future of improvements in relation to IT solutions,
- Contributes to the creation of direct subordinates' and own development plan to keep the organization suitable and optimized based on current and future function requirement,
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any Bachelor's degree major in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering and Mathematics,
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in supervising a team,
- With knowledge of implementing IT infrastructure components,
- With good communication, leadership and decision making skills,
