- Handles the planning of production requirements including man, machine, material and method/system of production compliance.
- Create activity plan and KDI to achieve section Annual policy and break it down into To-Do list,
- Review Standard work design based on SOP and process conditions/preconditions.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any Engineering course,
- At least 3 years experience as Jr. Supervisor or in the same field,
- With good interpersonal relation skills, leadership and supervisory skills,
- Can work under pressure and less supervision,
- Knowledgeable in Production set-up.
