- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in account management, customer success, or B2B sales.
- Tech Literacy: Proficiency with modern CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and AI-driven productivity tools.
- Exceptional verbal and written skills. You must be able to explain complex ideas simply and handle difficult conversations with grace.
- Ability to navigate contract renewals and negotiate terms that benefit both the client and the company.
- Comfortable looking at data (usage stats, ROI) to determine if a client is at risk or ready for an upgrade.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously without letting details fall through the cracks.
Minimum Qualifications
- Build and maintain long-term, trusting relationships with key stakeholders and executive sponsors.
- Proactively monitor account health and usage data to ensure clients are seeing value, intervention where necessary to reduce "churn" (cancellation).
- Identify "upsell" (higher tiers) or "cross-sell" (new products) opportunities within your assigned portfolio to meet revenue targets.
- Lead the transition from the initial sales phase to long-term maintenance, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
- Act as the "voice of the client" for our Product and Support teams, ensuring client feedback drives our future updates.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and provide regular reports on account status and growth forecasts.
