Job Description

1. Conducts Information and Recruitment Drives, PMES, recruits new members, and processes new member applications.

2. Promotes the Cooperative products and services to target and existing members.

3. Provides logistics, clerical and administrative support to the Scholarship, Papsi Assist, Community Development, Membership Trainings, and Marketing Programs of the Satellite and Liaison Offices.

4. Encodes members’ data into the Membership Information System (MIS).

5. Issues passbooks, ID Cards, and Share Certificates.

6. Attends to termination process which includes counseling of termination applicants and review of documentary requirements.

7. Releases and tags giveaways for members.

8. Attends to the requirement of PFR(s) of the Satellite Office.

9. Prepares periodic reports.

10. Performs such other duties as may be directed from time to time.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management or any related course;
At least six (6) months of work-related experience;
Counseling skills;
Public and Customer Relations skills;
Marketing Skills;
Strong analytical and planning skills;
Good communication and presentation skills;
Excellent problem-solving skills;

PAFCPIC stands for the Philippine Army Finance Center Producers Integrated Cooperative, affectionately referred to by its members as "PAPSI". PAFCPIC is a multi-awarded cooperative offering financial services through deposits and loans to its members serving in the Armed Forces of the Philippines. Its membership consists of military and civilian personnel (both active and retired) of the Philippine Army, Philippine Navy and Philippine Air Force, as well as their immediate dependents.
