Job Description

  • Manage attorney and office calendars
  • Schedule court appearances, meetings, and deadlines
  • Track appointments and follow-ups
  • Answer incoming phone calls professionally
  • Take messages and route calls appropriately
  • Send reminder emails and communications
  • Maintain spreadsheets and internal tracking systems
  • Assist with general administrative and clerical tasks
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure deadlines are met

Minimum Qualifications

  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable speaking on the phone
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Dependable internet connection and quiet work environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Prior administrative, customer service, or legal support experience is a plus

We specialize in paralegal services that include drafting legal documents, legal research, client interviews, appointment setting, case monitoring and case management. We also have administrative assistant roles with tasks that include inbound client maintenance calls, outbound service calls, maintenance ticket monitoring, rent roll maintenance and video surveillance review.
