UI/UX Designer  

• Drive the end-to-end design process, from high-fidelity prototypes to scalable design systems, integrating user research and feedback to improve designs and ensure seamless team collaboration.
• Take ownership of projects from ideation to delivery, working closely with developers and cross-functional teams to smoothly integrate designs into final products.
• Lead the creative process by crafting innovative, user-centric designs that align with business objectives, driving strategic thinking and impactful product solutions.
• Manage technical design documentation.

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications

• Proven experience managing end-to-end design processes, independently handling communication with Product Owners, stakeholders, and clients, facilitating discussions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate designs into final products.
• Strong aesthetic, conceptual, and communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
• Advanced proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or Framer.
• Expertise in creating or utilizing assets (icons, illustrations, photography) to enhance designs, and in building scalable design systems to improve team collaboration.
• Strategic thinking, contributing to innovative product development and design solutions that align with business goals.
• Self-managed with a track record of independently driving the creative process and delivering high-quality results.

Preferred Qualifications

• Significant experience in product development, shaping product direction and aligning designs with business objectives and user needs, potentially taking on roles similar to a Product Owner.
• Hands-on UX design experience, including conducting research and applying findings to drive impactful improvements.
• Experience in innovative or immersive design, including AR/VR/MR, pushing boundaries to create engaging user experiences.
• Proven ability to independently manage communication with Product Owners, stakeholders, and clients, driving discussions and decisions.
• Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM processes, collaborating iteratively with teams to ensure design feasibility and quality.
