Job Description
- Monitors and implement collection timeline inclding tracking of collections, follow-ups and reminder letters.
- Prepare regular aging reports, cash receipt projectiongs and other receivable reports which are needed by the executive team.
- Establish and maintain positive communication and relationship with clients, understand their concerns, resolve any billing concerns and disputes and work with relevant business units to ensure accuracy of invoices.
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and resolve account issues
- Other matters assigned from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Business-related course preferable in Accounting and Finance
- With at least 1-2 years of work experience in treasury, general accounting, or any corporate accounting.
- Strong understanding of accounts receivable processes, collection technique and billing systems.
