Project Supervisor  

Project Management:

• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate with concern departments and third-party consultants.
• Track project progress and identify potential risks.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Manage stakeholder expectations.
• Prepare project reports and conduct regular reviews.

Design and Construction:

• Develop and review store building plans and specifications.
• Oversee the design and construction process, ensuring adherence to design specifications and building codes.
• Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and address issues.
• Prepare construction contracts and manage contractors.

Compliance and Quality:

• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify and mitigate project risks.

Team Leadership:

• Lead and motivate project teams, including engineers, and contractors.
• Provide guidance and support to team members.
• Resolve conflicts and ensure smooth project execution.

Reports and Communication:

• Maintain open and effective communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Address client concerns and ensure their satisfaction.
• Present project updates and progress reports.

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, or Civil or Mechanical engineering elated field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in construction, project management or project delivery and store planning.
• Knowledge in local construction standards and code. Construction supervision experience, a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office. CAD, Sketchup software and other design tools.
• Professional license (PRC license) is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of retail operations and space planning.
• Creative thinker with a strong visual sense.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Experience with budget management.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Flexibility to travel for store/site visits and project coordination.
• Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines, handle multiple tasks and set priorities.
• Must be residing in Manila or willing to be assigned in this area.
• Can start immediately.
