IT Project Manager Banking Industry  

About the role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join YONDU INC.', a leading technology company, as an IT Project Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the successful delivery of complex IT projects within the banking industry. Working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, you will play a crucial part in driving the company's growth and innovation. This is a full-time position based in Makati City Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing:

Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery

Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, and timelines

Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies to keep projects on track

Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders at all levels

Implement and oversee project management processes and best practices

Collaborate with clients, vendors, and partners to ensure alignment and successful outcomes

Provide mentorship and guidance to junior project management staff

What we're looking for:

Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager, preferably in the banking industry

Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile and Waterfall

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Proficient in project management software, such as Microsoft Project or Jira

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
