Business Development Project Specialist  

The Business Development Project Specialist will lead the end-to-end implementation of the distribution model focused on growing the business. The role is responsible for recruiting, onboarding, training, and performance management of entrepreneur partners to achieve business targets.

• Lead recruitment, screening, and initial interviews of entrepreneur partners
• Manage onboarding and accreditation, ensuring complete documentation and compliance
• Deliver training, orientation, and deployment of entrepreneurs aligned with business standards
• Monitor field performance regularly against KPIs and provide actionable recommendations
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and drive process improvements to optimize operations and growth

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Willing to conduct fieldwork across North Central Luzon
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• With a valid driver’s license and able to drive (preferred)
