- Lead the Accounting team, establishing performance goals and ensuring effective team growth.
- Oversee the execution and governance of Accounting processes, adhering to service agreements and process guidelines for operational efficiency.
- Drive and contribute to initiatives focused on automation and process improvement within Accounting to enhance overall efficiency.
- Overseeing the financial management to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and operational success.
- Work closely with the Accounting department, auditor, and other functions to build strong partnerships and ensure strategic alignment.
- Supervise compliance with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing schedules and ensure timely financial reporting.
Minimum Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in Accountancy is required. CPA is a plus, but not necessary.

Ideally, at least 5+ years of experience in General Accounting and Finance operations.

Proven track record in leading General Accounting teams and delivering operational outcomes.

Significant experience in transitions, process migrations, continuous improvements, and process optimization.

Strong background in budget management.

Demonstrate ability to collaborate effectively with the management.

In-depth understanding of monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closing procedures and compliance requirements.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Willingness to be assigned in Taytay branch.
