- Prepare and manage cost sheets, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and standard cost records to ensure accurate financial tracking and reporting.
- Analyze cost variances across materials, labor, and overhead, providing actionable insights to identify and address underlying causes.
- Oversee inventory, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods cost tracking to ensure accurate product costing.
- Support pricing strategies, tenders, and quotations, helping the company maintain competitive pricing.
- Collaborate with production, procurement, and finance teams to gather, verify, and validate cost data.
- Assist in the cost accounting aspects of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and cost accounting standards.
- Support cost audits, reconciliations, and statutory filings, as required, to maintain regulatory compliance.
- Provide analytical support for make-or-buy decisions and profitability analysis, contributing to strategic decision-making.
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or a related field.

Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles, including standard costing and variance analysis.

Practical experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial information.

High attention to detail and accuracy in managing financial data.

Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with operations and finance teams.

Exceptional communication and reporting skills, both verbal and written.

Must be willing to be assigned in Cainta, Rizal.
