We are looking for a Junior ERP Functional Consultant to support ERP implementation, enhancement, and support projects across Human Capital Management (HCM) or Finance & Accounting business functions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business users and technical teams to analyze requirements, configure systems, and ensure successful project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements from HR or Finance and Accounting stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system configurations.
- Support ERP implementation, testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
- Conduct system setup, configuration, and validation based on business needs.
- Assist users in troubleshooting functional issues and recommending solutions.
- Prepare process flow diagrams, functional documents, and user manuals.
- Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate issue resolution.
- Conduct end-user training and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Collaborate with technical teams on system enhancements, integrations, and reports.
- Ensure project deliverables are completed within timelines and quality standards.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Information Systems, Information Technology, Accounting, Management, Human Resources, or related fields.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in ERP, HRIS, HCM, Finance Systems, or Functional Consultant roles.
- Understanding of HCM or financial processes, such as:
- Employee Management
- Recruitment
- Attendance & Leave
- Payroll
- Performance Management
- Understanding of Finance & Accounting processes, such as:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Fixed Assets (FA)
- Budgeting & Financial Reporting
- Experience with ERP systems such as Anaplan, Oracle, SAP, Darwinbox, NetSuite, Dynamics 365, Workday, SuccessFactors, or similar platforms.
- Experience in requirement gathering, business process mapping, and user support.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
