Sales Manager  

Sales Strategy Development:

-Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive business growth.

-Identify target markets and set sales goals aligned with company objectives.

-Analyze market trends and competitors to refine strategies.

Team Leadership:

-Hire, train, and supervise the sales team to ensure high performance.

-Set clear individual and team targets, monitor performance, and provide coaching.

-Foster a collaborative, results-driven team culture.

Client Relationship Management:

-Build and maintain relationships with key clients, providing exceptional customer service.

-Address client needs and resolve issues to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.

Sales Operations:

-Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure.

-Manage sales budgets, track expenses, and ensure efficient resource allocation.

-Monitor and report on sales performance, metrics, and KPIs.

Collaboration and Communication:

-Work with the marketing team to align sales and promotional activities.

-Coordinate with product, finance, and customer service teams to support sales objectives.

-Report regularly to senior management on sales progress, challenges, and opportunities.

Market and Product Knowledge:

-Stay updated on industry developments, competitor products, and market changes.

-Provide feedback to product teams for potential improvements or new offerings.

• Graduate in Business Administration (or other related program)
• Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Excellent problem-solving skills;
• Proven experience in the Sales Field.
• Experience in Managerial Position for at least 2 years.
