The Clinic Operations Manager leads the clinic operations team, driving strategic initiatives to ensure service excellence, regulatory compliance, and the successful delivery of healthcare services to our corporate partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Medical Services team, overseeing all clinic operations and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives for process improvement, quality assurance, and service delivery enhancement across all corporate clinics.
• Manage key client relationships at a strategic level, acting as the senior point of contact for escalated operational issues.
• Drive alignment between headquarters, field operations, and client stakeholders to achieve operational excellence and support business growth.

• Preferably with a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Business Administration, Health Sciences, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in operations management, healthcare administration, or a related field.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace applications for data reporting and analysis.
• Willingness to work onsite in Makati and travel for site visits.
