Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end implementation and daily operations of corporate clinic programs and telehealth services.
• Design and implement healthcare strategies based on the analysis of population health trends and consumer behavior data.
• Anticipate and resolve escalated operational issues by collaborating with internal stakeholders and client points of contact.
• Lead and mentor a team of medical professionals to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

• Preferably with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Sciences, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in healthcare operations, account management, or clinical supervision.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.

• Willingness to work onsite in Makati City.
