The UI Project Manager is responsible for coordinating the end-to-end delivery of user interface projects, ensuring that design assets are high-quality, technically feasible, and aligned with our mission of health advocacy.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the design lifecycle from initial wireframing to final handoff, ensuring UI components are delivered on time and meet brand standards.
• Facilitate regular design reviews and sprint planning sessions to align creative outputs with technical development capabilities.
• Advocate for the patient experience by ensuring that digital interfaces prioritize accessibility for both physical and mental health consultations.
• Manage documentation of design systems and project requirements to maintain consistency across all digital health platforms.

• Preferably with a Bachelor's degree in Design, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in project management or creative operations within a digital environment.
• Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Proficiency in project management software and Google Workspace.
• Willingness to work onsite in Makati.
