The Senior Account Manager is a high-impact leadership role responsible for the strategic direction and retention of our most significant corporate partnerships. You will serve as the principal advisor to C-suite stakeholders, overseeing the delivery of complex, large-scale healthcare programs while driving the long-term growth and evolution of our service portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
- Architect and execute long-term account strategies for a high-value portfolio of corporate partners to maximize retention and identify multi-year growth opportunities.
- Serve as the primary strategic consultant for key stakeholders, providing data-driven insights to optimize their corporate clinic operations and telehealth integration.
- Lead high-level negotiations and contract renewals, ensuring that healthcare programs are scaled effectively to meet the evolving needs of large-scale organizations.
- Direct and develop a high-performing team of account specialists, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Sciences, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in account management, strategic partnerships, or B2B client relations.
- Proven track record of managing enterprise-level accounts and leading complex project implementations.
- Demonstrated experience in people management, with a focus on coaching and developing professional talent.
- Must be able to work onsite in Makati City.
