Key Responsibilities

• Architect long-term IT strategies and infrastructure roadmaps to support rapid company scaling and digital innovation.
• Direct the enterprise-wide cybersecurity framework to ensure the highest level of protection for sensitive patient and corporate data.
• Lead the evaluation and implementation of advanced enterprise systems to streamline cross-functional workflows and data integration.
• Oversee IT governance, budgeting, and vendor management to ensure cost-efficiency and compliance with global technology standards.
• Mentor the technical team and establish high-performance benchmarks for system reliability and internal technical support.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a senior IT management or director-level role.
• Expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), enterprise security, and systems architecture.
• Proven ability to lead complex digital transformation projects and manage significant IT budgets.
• Must be willing to work onsite in Makati City.
