The Clinic Field Operations Officer ensures smooth clinic operations by coordinating activities, ensuring compliance, conducting audits and training, and managing client relations to maintain quality service delivery.


Key Responsibilities

• Foster alignment between headquarters, medical staff, site POCs, and account stakeholders through clear communication and effective issue resolution
• Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure coordination and compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and client requirements
• Conduct regular onsite audits to assess clinic performance, identify process improvements, and ensure adherence to quality standards
• Lead the planning and execution of emergency response simulations and guide staff on proper protocols
• Develop and deliver training programs to enhance clinic operations and service delivery
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client concerns, questions, and feedback, proactively enhancing client satisfaction
