The Community Manager is responsible for fostering meaningful engagement and creating an online environment that encourages active participation and consistent brand messaging. You will moderate discussions, respond to inquiries, and create engaging content across social platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance community engagement and relationships with our audience
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and feedback across social media and community channels
• Collaborate with MedGrocer’s teams to ensure community initiatives reflect the brand's values and resonate with the audience
• Create content that sparks conversations and encourages participation
• Track and analyze engagement metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
