The IT Software Project Manager oversees the planning, implementation, and tracking of IT-related projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards, while applying Agile and Scrum methodologies to optimize team performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Scrum and Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives) and collaborate with stakeholders to meet sprint goals and deliver value.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and communicate status effectively.
• Guide the team in resolving technical issues, customization requests, and integrations, prioritizing tasks by ticket urgency.
• Compile and present performance metrics, and maintain comprehensive project, deployment, and documentation.
• Lead the development and implementation of IT strategies, policies, and procedures, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and security industry practices.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department, encompassing IT support, application lifecycle management, user and data access management, and robust security and privacy protocols.

Application Process

Our application process typically takes one to three weeks, depending on your availability and progress through the following steps:

Step 1: Submit your application form and complete the online assessment within seven days. You will receive your results within one to three business days.

Step 2: If you pass the initial assessment, you will be invited to a full-day onsite evaluation. The schedule is as follows:

• 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM: Onsite Assessment
• 10:00 AM -12:00 PM: HR Panel Interview
• 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM: Lunch Break
• 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM: One-on-One Interviews
• 4:00 PM - 5:30 PM: CEO Forum

Note: Progression through the day depends on your performance at each stage. If your evaluation concludes earlier than scheduled, an HR representative will notify you immediately.

Step 3: Undergo a final review and background check within three business days of the onsite visit. Participate in additional online interviews if required during this period.

Step 4: Receive final results once the review is complete, typically within five to seven business days.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Entrepreneurship, Management, Computer Science, or any related field.
• 3-5 years experience in a project management role, preferably with software development projects.
• Preferably has a technical background with experience in both front-end and back-end development.
• Familiarity with low-code tools (Airtable, Jira, Github) and Agile project management tools.
• Must work onsite in Makati.
