Help Wanted: Key Accounts Specialist (Entry-Level Sales & Account Management – Medical Equipment)
Are you a recent college graduate ready to jumpstart your career in sales and account management within the medical equipment industry? We are looking for a motivated Key Accounts Specialist (KAS) to join our team in an entry-level sales role with hands-on training and support.
About the Role:
This position involves actively visiting and engaging with a high volume of doctors and medical professionals daily to manage and grow key accounts. You will learn the essentials of client relationship management and sales in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. While training and development will be provided, you will be expected to hit the ground running and build your confidence and skills at your own pace, with a clear path to a full sales role.
What You’ll Do:
Visit numerous doctors and healthcare professionals in person every day to build and maintain strong relationships
Support key account management and identify opportunities for growth
Collaborate closely with our sales and service teams to meet client needs
Participate in ongoing training to develop your knowledge of medical equipment and sales techniques
Take on increasing responsibility as you gain experience and confidence

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
- No prior sales experience required; experience in customer service, sales, or the medical field is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence customers.
- With ability to learn about medical equipment and its applications.
- Self-starter with a positive attitude and a strong desire to succeed in sales.
- Open to applicants from Tanauan Batangas, Lipa City Batangas and Metro Manila.
