Job Description

The Warehouse Supervisor oversees daily operations of the assigned department, ensuring food safety, product quality, and timely, in-full completion of job orders.

Operations Management

  • Leads the department to meet daily job orders on time and in full while enforcing SOPs, food safety, and quality standards.
  • Supervises day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and availability of manpower, machines, materials, and methods.
  • Generates daily reports to measure team performance.
  • Analyzes current operational systems and recommends improvements aligned with company policies and standards.
  • Performs other tasks as assigned to support departmental goals.

Food Safety and Quality Compliance

  • Ensures workforce practices and operational processes comply with food safety and quality standards.
  • Participates in incident investigations related to assigned departments in coordination with the Production Supervisor.

People Management

  • Guides, coaches, and motivates the team to achieve organizational goals.
  • Conducts performance evaluations and provides constructive feedback.
  • Addresses performance issues or conflicts promptly and professionally.

Flexibility and Adaptability

  • Embraces change positively and adjusts to new circumstances.
  • Performs a variety of tasks with consistency, effectiveness, and efficiency.
  • Communicating with Integrity and Respect
  • Coordinates with team members, supervisors, and other departments to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.
  • Shares announcements, policies, and updates to keep the team informed.
  • Builds trust and fosters a healthy work environment through accurate communication, empathy, and accountability.

Minimum Qualifications

  • College graduate, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related courses.
  • Minimum of 2 years full-time work experience in the food industry, preferably in manufacturing, in a supervisory role or higher.
  • At least 2 years of tenure in the current company.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and Google Applications.
  • Knowledgeable in government regulations, GMP, Food Safety, and Quality.
  • Background in Baking Science and/or Food Manufacturing is an advantage.

Work Schedule Requirements

  • Full-time position.
  • Eight (8) working hours per day, six (6) days per week.
  • Shifting schedule and possible graveyard shift.
  • May be required to work on holidays and weekends.
