The Cadet Engineer (licensed mechanical/electrical engineer) provides active support in ensuring optimal performance of our store/cafe or manufacturing equipment, machineries, and facilities we use so we can bring "The Goodness of Home" to our valued customers.
Responsibilities:
- Ensures optimum performance of all facilities, equipment, tools, and machines through preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Ensures efficient and on-time execution of repairs & maintenance activities.
- Manages work plan assignments and coordination with technicians within the assigned area.
- Maintains systematic filing of documents.
- Maintains good housekeeping of the work area.
- Coordinates and interacts with other departments and stakeholders in carrying out tasks.
- Creates required reports and executes other tasks as instructed by his/her immediate supervisor.
- Performs other miscellaneous tasks assigned by the immediate head.
