Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Responsible for maintaining and developing strong relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Sales Strategy Formulation and Execution: Develop and execute sales plans and strategies for key accounts based on company objectives and client needs.
- Achieving Sales Targets: Responsible for achieving sales targets and performance metrics assigned to key accounts through effective sales activities and negotiations.
- Needs Analysis and Solution Provision: Understand client requirements, coordinate internal resources, and provide suitable products or solutions to meet commercial needs.
- Contract Management and Price Negotiation: Manage contracts and agreements with key clients, participate in price negotiations, and ensure terms and conditions are mutually beneficial.
- Market Intelligence Collection and Analysis: Gather and analyze market information and competitor dynamics to support sales strategy formulation and strategic decision-making.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal sales teams, marketing departments, and other relevant units to implement and execute key account projects.
Minimum Qualifications
- Sales Experience: Relevant experience in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry, particularly in sales to key accounts or retail clients.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of building strong business relationships with clients of various levels.
- Problem-Solving Ability: Ability to respond promptly to client issues and challenges, providing effective and practical solutions.
- Team Collaboration: Strong team player, capable of collaborating effectively with internal teams to achieve shared sales objectives.
- Results-Oriented: Goal-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets and increasing market share through effective management of sales cycles and client relationships.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the FMCG industry, including market dynamics and product offerings, to provide clients with informed advice and solutions.
- Educational Background: Typically requires a bachelor's degree or higher in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
