Under the direct supervision of the Facility Manager, the Storage Specialist helps promote and grow the company within the Philippines and primarily acts as a front liner in dealing with customers and provides exceptional customer service. Accept all inquiries and convert inquiries into tenants.
Primary Objective
- meets or exceeds Customers’ needs through reliable and informed customer service.
- promotes growth and knowledge of the product with our current and potential customers.
- develops and maintains strong customer relationships.
- identifies and nurtures potential new clients.
- identifies opportunities for new and existing customers.
- ensures maximum conversion of inquiries into storer customers
- ensures repeat business through a competitive professional approach and optimum quality control and customer service.
- ensures the customers’ experience with our product is world-class by maintaining a world-class facility and providing world-class service.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least one year experience in sales
- Customer service oriented
- Has experience relating to customers, face to face, just not over the phone
- Can communicate well in both English and Filipino
- Has a personable disposition- ( approachable, friendly and polite)
- Knows how to work with a team for the growth of the company
- Takes the initiative in increasing sales; is aware of movement of competitors, tap into potential customers, learn more about this new industry- self-storage
