To lead the facility team in achieving Sales Key Performance Indicators and maintaining standards in excellent customer experience provided by Sales Team, Collections, Maintenance and Security. To ensure coordination among different departments so that there is smooth work operations.
- Drive and motivate facility team to reach sales KPI targets set by the management.
Regularly discuss strategies to meet targets - Maintain excellent customer experience.
- Model professional, courteous relationships with existing and prospective customers, and company staff.
- Address issues and concerns of customers and communicates this with management and involved employees
- Train and supervise training of new Sales and collections staff
- Ensure compliance of sales, maintenance and security SOPs
- Ensure coordination among different departments
- Daily huddle with the site team
- Daily review of security and maintenance logbooks.
- Communicate marketing promo and activities to the site staff.
- Keeping team updated on sales performance, maintenance projects,
- Coordinating and maintaining good relations with landlords
- Oversee facility maintenance and security
- Daily surveillance of property to ensure protection of customers’ stored possessions
- Keep property clean and in good repair at all times.
- Monitor and record maintenance of aircon service unit.
- Report facility issues and ensure these are addressed in timely manner
Minimum Qualifications
- College graduate in a Business-related course
- At least 1-2 years of experience in Sales and Customer Service
- 1–2 years of experience in the self-storage industry (a plus)
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong planning and implementation abilities
- Problem-solving skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Strong interpersonal skills
