Bertanggung jawab mengelola akun media sosial perusahaan dengan merencanakan, membuat, dan menjadwalkan konten, memantau performa serta engagement, menganalisis hasil campaign, dan mengikuti tren digital untuk meningkatkan brand awareness serta interaksi audiens
Minimum Qualifications
- Memiliki pengalaman di bidang Social Media / Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing.
- Memahami cara menjalankan boost post dan paid advertising di social media.
- Familiar dengan Meta Ads Manager dan/atau TikTok Ads Manager.
- Memahami dasar targeting, budgeting, campaign objective, dan performance metrics.
- Mampu membuat content plan dan memberikan creative brief.
- Memahami metrics seperti reach, engagement, CTR, CPC, CPM, conversion, dan ROAS.
- Kreatif, analitis, up-to-date dengan tren social media, dan mampu bekerja dengan target.
- Memiliki portfolio atau pengalaman mengelola campaign menjadi nilai plus.
