- Create offer documents, including MG calculations, for titles to be published.
- Send offer documents to Japanese publishers (IP holders) via email.
- Acquire and manage merchandise sales contracts/publishing contracts for each title.
- Primarily acquire titles and book materials for publication, IP rights, and design approvals from Japanese publishers.
- Calculate and report running royalties to Japanese publishers.
- Monitor timelines for royalty/material payments
- Mainly communicate with the Japanese licensing team and publishers.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor degree from any major
- Has minimum 3 years experience in correspondence and document handling Japanese in Business
- Able to speak and write Japanese (JLTP N1 - N3 level)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools
