- Membuat planning kerja, mengembangkan, menganalisis, dan mengevaluasi program divisi Marketing
- Mampu melakukan perencanaan dan eksekusi campaign digital media yang terintegrasi
- Mampu melakukan budgeting untuk mencapai target perusahaan
- Melakukan riset terkait trend pasar, competitor, dan kepuasan pelanggan
- Menjaga Brand Position, Brand Activation, dan Digital Marketing Activities, Marketing Strategies & Creative Development
- Menjalin hubungan yang baik dengan media dan pihak lain
Minimum Qualifications
- Pendidikan minimal D3 / S1 (semua jurusan)
- Pengalaman sebagai dibidangnya minimal 3 tahun
- Berpengalaman di industri Media ataupun non-Media
- Terbiasa bekerja dengan target
- Menguasai public speaking & negotiation/lobbying
- Jujur, ulet, & loyal
- Bersedia di tempatkan di Tribun Manado, Sulawesi utara
