- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure clients' event requirements are met.
- Prepare checklist, reports, and monitor the achievement of set targets.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to achieve the best possible agreements.
- Manage and update client information and their need.
Minimum Qualifications
- Passionate about the MICE industry and connecting businesses with exceptional event experiences.
- Currently enrolled in a D3/D4/S1 program or have an equivalent qualification.
- Fluent to communicate in English with good proficiency.
- Able to work in team.
- Able to adapt well and adjust to the assigned workload.
- Ensure that no activities or university-related activities interfere with work responsibilities from November to March.
