- Process and analyze data, and develop monitoring dashboards to support multiple divisions including Sales, Business, Marketing, Editorial, and HR
- Collaborate with the Business & Marketing team to improve CTR performance and develop customer engagement strategies by analyzing customer behavior
- Work closely with the Editorial team to enhance Page Views and Average Session Duration by evaluating content performance and providing data-driven recommendations (e.g., headline and content selection using time series analysis)
- Support the Sales team in driving revenue growth through data analysis and customer demographic segmentation using Google Analytics 4
- Identify and develop long-term data architecture strategies to enable effective data-driven decision-making and optimize customer experience
- Design, build, and maintain cloud-based big data platforms, including data components and services
- Automate end-to-end data pipelines to ensure datasets are accessible and ready for machine learning models and internal visualization tools
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to analyze data, generate reports for stakeholders, and contribute to improving product and content performance
- Establish and promote best practices in data engineering and analytics for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years of industry experience in software development, data engineering, or analytics with track record of delivering large scale data platform
- Min. BS (S1) in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- Demonstrated strength in data modeling, data access, data storage strategies
- Experience with at least one of the following cloud platforms is a plus (e.g. AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Background with distributed framework (e.g. Spark, Hadoop, Flink, Kafka Streams).
- Workflow management or data pipelines (e.g. Airflow, Luigi, Jenkins).
- Experience with relational databases (e.g. MySQL), exposure to no-SQL appliances and a variety of databases (e.g. Dynamo, Elastic Search, Kafka, Hive, etc.)
- Experience in writing software for data extraction and transformation in one or more languages (e.g. Python, Scala, or Java)
- Good understanding of UNIX/LINUX environments
