Finance Officer Treasury  

1. Cash and Liquidity Management

• Monitor daily cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity for operational needs.
• Forecast short-term and long-term cash requirements.
• Manage bank accounts and optimize cash positioning across different entities and accounts.

2. Treasury Operations

• Execute payments and receipts in a timely and accurate manner.
• Manage intercompany transfers and treasury settlements.
• Handle treasury accounting, including reconciliations and journal entries.

3. Bank Relationship Management

• Liaise with banks and financial institutions to manage relationships and negotiate favorable terms.
• Open, maintain, and close bank accounts as needed.
• Ensure compliance with bank-related regulatory and reporting requirements.

4. Investment and Debt Management

• Support investment of surplus funds according to the organization’s investment policy.
• Assist in managing loan facilities, including drawdowns, repayments, and compliance with covenants.
• Track interest and principal payments to ensure timely execution.

5. Risk Management and Compliance

• Identify and manage financial risks, such as interest rate and foreign exchange risk.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, legal requirements, and financial regulations.
• Assist in the implementation of internal controls over treasury activities.

6. Reporting and Analysis

• Prepare treasury reports, including cash flow forecasts, liquidity analysis, and treasury dashboards.
• Analyze financial data to support decision-making related to funding and investments.
• Provide inputs for management reporting and audits.

7. System and Process Improvement

• Maintain and enhance treasury systems, tools, and procedures.
• Support automation and efficiency initiatives within the treasury function.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in treasury-related systems.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA, CTP) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of financial instruments, banking, and cash management tools.
• Experience with ERP systems and treasury management software.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
